About me
Professional
If you're looking at this website, I'm guessing that a few years of Engineering, a Diploma in International Development and a Masters ...yes, still in engineering...are not what you're expecting to hear about. Yet, there is a precision to my work that always makes people nod when they hear that I studied engineering.

Long ago I chose mechanical engineering over fine arts. But nothing is carved in stone, and when I returned home from working in Nepal with UNICEF I found myself moving in new directions. Decades later, I'm making my living as a potter.
Like many who work in the arts, my work week embraces diverse activities. I spend half of my time in my own studio, working on my own projects. The other half of my work week is spent teaching ceramics to adults and children in a program run by a really great community association. I also run the pottery studio in that facility.
